Jordan XII Taxi - Legit Check and Price Check

Hello guys, this is the first shoe I ever bought on ebay which started my jordan collection. I have found ebay to be unreliable since i bought myself some variant Cherry 12s and Flint 13s recently. This shoe looks legit, but i want some confirmation so here are some pics. 
Also what would the price be? Condition is fair, Tread wise 9/10. Overall shoe condition would be a 6.5/10.

Those are legit. You can probably get somewhere around $130-$145 for them if you clean em up well.
