All of yall complaining and moaning about calling the police must be from Kansas. Not that there's anything wrong with that but if I had a nickel for everytime I saw a passed out bum, hell even a dead one.

Not really. If he has been laying there like that all day something is clearly wrong and someone should have done something. The people laughingat this are just as bad as the people who have seen him laying there all day and done nothing.
