As do I in New York, however if a man has been laying outside my house looking like that for a few hours I would at least have the decency tocheck on him. Maybe even call the police just to be safe. Crazy, yesterday i saw a double shooting and someone get hit by a car (flew at least 20 feet, knocked the persons shoes off and everything). Its the normthough, its pretty bad when seeing that stuff dont get you shook because it happens all the time.
