No it looks like these are part of the new NASA collection . I have been wanting to get my hands on a pair for a while but talking to a rep he told me they only made size 10.5 and down

Just ordered a pair today for $90.....at thst price I couldn't afford not to get them lol. I loved the KT2 and KT3 lows so this is honestly a safe bet for me
