Las Vegas for the 4th

Does anyone in the Vegas area know of anything that happening for that 4th of July week? At least a fireworks display somewhere? How about any celebrity parties? Anything going on in town shoe related? Pretty much what's up with the 4th of July in Vegas?

there are fireworks off the roofs of all the casinos on the strip every fourth in the evening
