These are authentic.
The fakes for these are still not very good. There may probably never be enough demand for this colorway to be made correctly, Its a pretty hard shoe to replicate.
I am not sure why they sometimes they use all 9's as the production code, but it does happen. From what I have been seeing its typically a unique code that depends on both the production date and the size. I really haven't found much information on this code other then what I have noticed. I know some people have said that all 9's are samples but that would not make sense to me since samples should be made before the actual product is released. Most pairs of this color way were already made in 4/17/19, a day before yours was produced. I did see different sizes for this colorway that had the date of 4/18/19 and they had a unique production codes, so this date isn't special.
