Hello y’all, I just wanted to see if y’all can legit check these for me.

These look good imo and I’d say you’re good here. I have a retail pair at home and will double check the footbed on my pair just to be sure that’s what it’s supposed to look like. The foot bed and what kind of markings are on it are never the same from factory to factory / release to release. Other than that I thought all other areas I’d normally look at to authenticate a J4 looked good.

Oh absolutely brother. I double check EVERY pair I get when I get it no matter where it came from. GOAT, StockX, eBay etc. I even double check when I get them from authorized retail locations like footlocker because in today’s shoe game, anything is possible.

Do you have a black light flashlight by any chance ? I only ask because having one is good to have to check for guide lines or stamps on the box or midsole. A black light will show anything like that very easily if they happened to be reps. I just came across this post the other day. You can easily see the guide lines along the side of the heel tab on this pair. I actually found some on a pair of off white Jordan 4’s once on a buddies pair with my black light.

Yeah man, always a good idea to double check nowadays.

I ended up buying a blacklight flashlight at home depot last year for like $10 and it's been totally worth it. Me being able to help my buddy out and find those guide lines was well worth it and pretty much paid for itself in one shot. I also buy off of local Facebook groups and being able to bring it with me and check the box and midsole for stamps or the rest of the shoe for any potential guide lines is good because if said pair happened to be fake and the seller knows they are, good luck catching up with them after the fact.
