The soles tend to oxidize that way if its been sitting for awhile... 

I've seen legit DS pairs with this same exact yellowing..

Yeah wait for Timmybrixxx or 88til. Im saying reps though. I know they have new/better reps of these and cool greys that recently hit the market. Even if they are legit I would find a better pair for the prices they're asking For DS pairs of these.

This and the one one heel area of the left shoe looks tilted as well, but it may be the angle. Its placement looks a little high though too in relation to the 23.
