Can't tell for sure, put up more pics. The black laces throws it all off, it takes the classic look away.

yeah these are on ebay so i would get replacement laces

It's illegal to sell fakes on ebay if the person claims they're real. So if they are you get your money back but I don't think you would want to go through that process.

I think they look legit because the tongue and pulltab both look like they are supposed to
