Lebron XPS Elite not comfortable on left foot

I went out and spent nearly $300 on the Lebron XPS elite, knowing their cut small i wear a size 9.5 i was told to get a size 10.5 . After my purchase  of the lebron XPS elite i realized after more than 4hours my left foot is very uncomfortable and my right feels ok. now how  do you design $300 sneakers and not make sure they are equal in porportion i am very upset and want to sue or at least be able to get a new pair since i dont wear them  beacuse of the uncomfortable feeling on my left foot. i need more people so we can address this situation.

it may not be the shoes
no two feet are perfect and the exact same size shape and width

so it may be your feet
