Legal Question

So I've seen a lot of brands/companies "borrowing" or "being inspired by" classic Nike/Jordan colorways and selling the products on their own. Take for example:

How can that person/company legally sell those products? They are clearly "inspired" by popular Nike and Jordans like the WC III, Infrared 90s, Neon 95s, etc.

Just curious as to how they've been able to avoid legal issues here.
