Legit check on these 2001 Jordan 1 bred size 9

Kind of iffy because the back tongue is 01686 of 05134. So I'm not sure. Let me know fam!

Aren't the numbers in back of the tongue supposed to be out of 38345 pair made? These say out of 05134 pairs. Some explain this to me please
