Shoes look real. The box is throwing me off. Are these used? Where were these pics taken?

Yes, they are used. An the pics where taken inside a shop that the person has. They have a 97% positive feedback on EBay an sell mostly Jordan’s. The few negative feedbacks they do have is from people stating the shoes weren’t in the condition stated in the auction not for being fake or anything. But the box is throwing me off as well.
