my best guess is that the website is a scam. It’s been almost a month since I placed my order and still have not received the shoes. I contacted customer service plenty of times and they keep giving me the run around. I have an order number that I wasn’t able to track until a few days ago and the package location has not moved for days. I’m left quite frustrated and hoping I can get my money back.

Just keep bugging them to cancel..it took 2 weeks for me to get refunded...good luck
