Legit check Bred Toe 1s

I saw this guy on offer up with his bred toes. But the picture he sent me made me confused about the letter “R” on the wing. Can you guys help me l/c this. I really appreciate your opinions.

It’s hard to tell from the pictures, but I do think that these are fake.
Tongue tag seems off. The stamp on the box is a bit too spaced out. The top of the red heel leather is protruding a bit to much from the stitching.
