legit check IVs cement 2006

Hello everyone,
I have a couple of questions.

1) In 2006, did they re-release the cement/black/white colorway? US or elsewhere?

I picked up this pair IV's recently. I don't have a shot of the tag, but it seemed legit, says they were made in Vietnam in 2006. The model is 313559-106. I've been doing a bit a research, only found one or two completed auctions on ebay. Nothing else online.

It does resemble the 313559-142 IV's in light sand, which also came out in 2006.

I need to know for sure before I start accusing someone of selling me fake jordans and get my money back.

The cements did not release in 2006

The wings should be plastic

The area surrounding the jumpman on the heel should be plastic

The coloring of the sole is wrong.
