They are fake.
The face logo on the back looks bad. Wrong font on the sticker. An authentic pair can have a QR code, but this one is a the typical production date used on fakes with a QR code.

Those look like fakes to me as well.
The way the laces are rolled up is sloppy and this is almost always a sign of fakes from what I have seen, from the Nike factory they should be rolled up neatly. Also the lace bag looks off. The box has no retail price but it does have size stickers which should not happen. The seller is from the EU so these should have a different sticker on the left shoes insole and not size stickers.
