Legit Check on Ray Allen 13's

Legit check on these please.  Seller stated it was worn once.  I have been getting mixed reviews about these and want to double check.  Seller states it was bought off of NDC.  Photos were taken in my consignment shop.  

Always looking to learn for the future.  If you can, please state why it is fake if you think or know it is fake/unauthroized/b grade... whatever.  Would be great for future reference

Got a pic of the tag? And if you can, take out the insole and take a pic of whats under, may help everyone give the best answer possible.
