They are fakes I believe. When someone says "with defects" and doesn't mention what exactly. This is generally a way for them to explain off the inconsistencies of a fake pair.

You: hey man this logo looks a little off?
Him: Yeah that's just a defect.

Be careful when you see the term "with defects" unless they are clearly photographed and explained.

Agreed. The OPs pair looks like the team early pairs that were floating around like 2-3 weeks before release. That "O" is a tell, not a defect. Also why the pic was not taken straight on in my opinion.
