From all the Clues I seen (scales, lace lock having II on the back, colors, Sole not being Translucent, stitching, they seem to be on point. The only thing that looks off is the Shape but it could be the angle

Box is way too small, faded edges around the size tag also a dead giveaway and most obvious the tongue pattern is off.

Triangles on the strap pull are cut too sharp. They should have rounded edges.
