Legit or GM Concords? How can you even tell these days?

Everyone says the GM Concords are exactly the same as an authorized store drop from 2011.  Are they really that good these days? I just want a pair from an authorized dealer, but can even the biggest sneaker enthusiast spot the differences? What do you look for?  I'm trying to buy a pair of Concords and I want to make sure they are NOT GM pairs.  Take a look at these pictures, these were worn a few times (which I don't mind because I'm going to rock them anyways.) But see if you can help me figure out a way to tell if these are GM or Authorized/Legit...

I think this might be the most important picture.... The back:

Any more angles/pics I should request of these?  Also what are the market prices on pre-owned Cords (assuming they're legit from an authorized dealer)?
