Every time there is a thread like this, I go to Trulia or Realtor and research cost of livings and what is available.

Lived in SoCal all my life. Been to Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico. Colorado, Nebraska, Iowa, Illinois, Virginia, and New York. All nice states!! But not once did I ever consider living/moving anywhere else. Living in Cali is an experience which you cant get enough no matter who you are, what you do or what your into. Cali just have so much to offer to anyone who lives here or wanna live here. Like some of the other Cali natives here said:
.Basically year round SUMMER with just 10-20days of rain/gray skies
.BBQ's at the beach, park, front yard and WINTER
.All the Hot asian, white, black,  latina girls
.All the great cultural events
.Concerts, car show, raves, block party, 18+ casinos, ETC year round
.The CHRONIC<----selections are like woman alot and fire!
.Med Card^^....pigs cant do ****
.Cali state of mind = Rep the state, then your city, then you hood, and last your crew
.All the fine sports Team youd be proud to rep

All i can think of at the moment. And in the words of 2pac"I LOVE CALI LIKE I LOVE WOMEN"!!!

Sadly, this same type of mentality is also found in Cali. I grew up in Cali and still have plenty of fam and friends there, so many cats just stay there cause its great...nothing wrong with that, but it doesn't hurt to get out of Cali either. I think I'll eventually move back after at least 1 more city.
