I'm looking to move out of my folks house. I would like to move into an efficiency or a 1-bedroom (preferably w/utilities included). Looking to pay around $650 - $850 a month.

Anyone know of any in the area that meet or exceed these requirements? I'm trying to stay within the metro rail system.
