I have been able to narrow them down to a Complex Con back in November of 2018 where 400 pairs were sold/available, but I don't see any for sale in the states. Does anyone have any knowledge on where these can be found? I also know this was possibly a collaboration done with official Nike shoes, but customized by another company for the release.

Yes, I have a pair. Brand new and still in the original “southward boxing” bag.
