Looking for the perfect nikes

Hey guys, i'm looking for an old model of nike sneakers. So the shoes are white and have the old logo on the side. The small logo white the check mark and the word "nike" on top of it. In the back there is written "supreme". The logo and the supreme in the back are both dark green. Does anybody know how this model is called? Or where i could buy this zype of shoe? Thanks in advance
