Most people who have downloaded the beta said the game sucked. You get the beta by pre-ordering the game, I know for a fact theres alot of dissapointed peopleout there who pre-ordered the game and were dissapointed with what they got.

And by this point, that's pretty much the final product of the game with a few tweaks here and there.
