Makati hotels near shoe stores?

Whats up NT P.I. I'll be heading to Makati/Manila next month and Im looking for a decent hotel in the $100/night range. Hopefully, something near all the best shoe stores. Any recommendations?

but yeah, there's plenty of hotels around there, shangri-la, peninsula, etc.. but i think they'd be a little more than that, maybe even $200/night.
