I got a quick question has anyone on here done this before? Would plexi glass be the best material for a clear shoe box. If someone has could you please let meknow the procedure on how to construct it. Thanks

I would suggest you would buy the plexi glass according to how big the size box you need. Then try to get a Rotor tool or you could just go to Home Depot andgive them to parameters of the box and them cut the pieces you need to construct the box. After you get that done I would ask them for some strong clearadhesive glues for plexi glass.

^ yeah, that's probably the way to make it yourself - would be hard to keep it square though - you might need to add little blocks in the corners to holdit in place better - gluing 2 narrow strips the length of a shoebox and keeping them at right angles would be hard.

That box looks like it has been pressed out of the plastic - if you look at the top and bottom edges you can't see a join or an edge. The vertical edgesmight be glued but if you could get the joins close enough when it cooled they could be okay on their own.

Obviously for that you would need the right machinery but once you had done a few then it would be easy - they would be stamped out in seconds.
