Making My Phone Background Fit vol. Help

Is there any app or way to make a picture actually fit my phone screen??? Like how on computers you can make it "fill the sceen". I hate that it only lets me size a little part of a pic... Any help?

what kind of phone? If it is a android, download dodol wallpaper maker

If its an android you have to make sure that wallpaper is around 960x800, your phone is only gonna show half of that which is 480x800.
