That's an Indian Kia Sedona right, they start at 28 here in 'Murica. IDK what features and/or surcharges, maybe destination fees bought it up that high. He didn't even have it long enough for it to mysteriously catch on fire. Now he gotta trade in the negative equity into another new car payment and probably stretch his loan out to 7 to 10 years

I expect that car will end up in a used car lot or a private sale online within the next couple of months.

Fam gotta drive directly to a shop to pay more for the car.
 
At least he purchased it before it happened and not during a test drive. Would he have to buy it or just pay for the damage if that had happened?
