the 1 v 1 scene alone was more than a minute and IM survived having a moon hurled at him among other things

No I'm definitely in that boat too.
I hope I'm pleasantly surprised with a dope movie in CM too. It's hard because for me I'm not hatin on CM AT ALL, lol it's just my hype for Endgame is overshadowing it. I mean if Marvel can duplicate the experience i had watching IW, where I didn't even know where the film was going AT ALL, but even more so with Endgame
We knew what the 3rd act on some level would look like in IW. If they really only promoting the first 20 minutes of footage, AT LEAST 2+ hours of Endgame will be unknown. the idea of that to me is crazy

We've had so many great epic films in general in the past and they all have showed somewhat of a glimpse of what the middle and 3rd act will be in trailers and promotion.
Like my brain keeps trying to compute what it will look like when Thanos and CM fight(if they do) and It can't

It'll be crazy if people come out for CM like they did for BP though, what BP did was simply special. If Marvel pulls that off again BEFORE an Avengers film.

I just hope it's better than WW.. while gal impressed me in the role and her and Chris pine had great chemistry

The movie is first avenger with Thor 1 thrown in (and aside for the Steve fan club, we know those movies aren't top shelf).. and then the best scene, while awesome, was ripped from saving private Ryan

I expect it to be better than WW and hopefully women will get behind it like they did that.. cause they deserve a better movie to champion

While I love the first two blades and don't think they get their credit, BP was something else.. and the cultural impact was huge.. granted women have that with WW the character, just on the whole, would be good if they had a great movie in the CBM world with all the great CBMs out now.. seems the best women have is kickass and hitgirl
