Rumor has it a deal between Marvel and Sony has been reached with rumblings being that Marvel is getting 25-30% of BO earnings. We should be hearing something soon once details get ironed out.

Honestly it would be a tough call to cast Wolverine.
He is such a memorable character and in the 90s-00 up there with Spidey, Bats, Supes.
