Definitely have a feeling that Morpheus - Laurence Fishburne - will either be in the movie - possible small cameo - or will be setup to return in the sequel/part 5. That’s assuming it does well enough.

The Matrix was one of those WTF movies for me when it dropped.
Marketing was so on point for that movie too.
"Nobody can be told what the Matrix is....you have to see it for yourself."
One of the few movies where they tellin you to see the movie in theaters
because it will blow your mind
and it did
Wonder if they got some new "bullet time" type scenes in this.

They might have Morpheus working at footlocker in this. I think the machines reset all the minds and reinserted them. And the movie is all about them having dreams and visions of past lives and remembering who they were.

Confirmed like, “No, Fishburn is not in the movie..”, or confirmed like, “Yaya will be playing a younger version of Morpheus”, which, actually, doesn’t confirm anything pertaining Lawrence Fishburn? Or “I was not invited..” Since when do you need an invitation to your own damn party? Im not taking anything seriously except a flat out NO, Lawrence Fishburn will not be appearing in the movie.
I understand studios step in and force boneheaded decisions into movies but this is a little too boneheaded.

Maybe they're trying to keep it a secret like how they are in Spider Man No Way Home, but Fishburn not being in the trailer if he is in the movie is a bad move.
