Mel Kipers of S&T, please watch this video

What is his height/weight?...and since he's so young its hard to project where kids his age will end up in 3 years, I'm guessing he plays RB, but depending on his genes, he could grow a substantial amount between now and when he graduates H.S.

he's like 5'4'' 165 right now. he does play RB. his father was 5'9'' 220 in his physical prime.

i just wanted to get an idea of his drill work. basically the nebraska football staff is aware of his physical gifts ( i think he threw up 185 13 times) and his overall ability.

Ok, can def see the physical gifts, everything else will improve in time with better technique since he is so young and raw with the way he does things...depending on how tall he becomes and the weight he adds I could def see him in that MJD, Michael Turner, Trent Richardson mold, where he's built like a tank...do you have any actual game film of him?

2009 Florida S&C manual:

http://www.scribd.com/doc...ngth-Conditioning-Manual

Look at the position specific exercises. Jeff Dillman (who was at Florida) is off the Tommy Moffit S&C tree (The best football S&C guy in the country).

Believe you'll be able to find everything you are looking for in there.

Good luck

One of the best hires by Will Muschamp @ Florida...smh
and yea Moffit is the best in CFB

Scratch That - Dillman got there last year so he wasn't the one behind that S&C program.

But still, you should check it out.

Any of the other Moffit/Gayle Hatch disciples (Vic Viloria, Scott Cochran, etc) may have stuff out there too.
