Melo M8 Advance problem

Hey guys, I'm new here. If this doesn't go here I am very sorry.
So today I scored some Melo M8's at Goodwill but I noticed the sole on the right shoe was kinda inflated? 
Can anyone tell me why its like that? Help please?
