It's gonna be the basis of the new CLS and future MB design. They're obviously not going to use this exact concept but use similar style elements from this concept.

We will never see this in the near future or ever.  It's a concept to show off their new design philosophies and technologies.  The new CLS will take aspects from this design but from the leaked camo picks, it looks pretty much the same as the current version except for new upright grill and looks to be on a longer wheelbase.
