You guys have to remember that not every girl gets their body when they hit puberty. Most girls get their body once they are in their 20s, I know I did. She was a teen in most of those pics of her looking thin. And it's not like she is overweight now, she just has bigger thighs and most girls have cellulite, thin or big & there's nothing you can do about that. But yeah I do think her drug use has something to do with how she looks now, along with wearing ugly outfits. LOL
