It seems like all great coaches and whatnot were mediocre in their playing days.

good point, Lenny Wilkins comes to my mind as a coach, top 50 player, Great Coach (Most wins I believe), but Lenny and my Cavaliers could never get passedJordan, talk about the irony lol
