Don't get me wrong, I wanna see it legalized as much as anybody. If your state passes decriminalization and medical than you'll get to smoke, butI'm just saying the government could impede if they wanted to.

I, personally, don't need the feds to make it legal. It'd be nice if they did, don't get me wrong.
I'm just not gonna hold my breath waiting for it to happen.
My state has decriminalized possession and that's all I really need.
Read it... basically says federal law is supreme law of land, blah, blah, blah.
