That's not the ankle strap though, so just clarify which strap you're talking about.

People did it with the forefoot straps that go over the top of the foot, but not the ankle strap.

And people also did it with the ankle strap on the Jordan XX's. I'm not sure what straps you're talking about on the Air More Tempo either.
