I can only offer my opinion on shoes that I have personally worn, but here are my top 3: 1. Nike Air Jet Flight - greatest basketball shoe...ever. EDIT: Where was this colorway 5 years ago? This better be a paint job or I'm gonna be pissed! Nevermind, it's a Nash PE. 2. Nike Huarache 2K4 - still ballin' in them, 5 years later. That's gotta say something. 3. I can't find them, so somebody help me please - they came out around 1998, Uptempo line, Brian Shaw use to wear them, grey suede with a black/white"zig zag" in the heel, and had a notch cut out for the ankle bone. Can somebody get this name?
Sorry for the WRONG FORUM thing ... I actually thought since this was pertaining to training in general it would be justified but my bad .. Thanks forall the responses .. Really shed some light on the discussion .. I think im going to pick up a pair of Kobes , since surprisingly enough I see his sneaker coming up in the majority of replies ... Looking for a great indoor pair ... I need grip , you know how some gyms just have no grip once so ever .. Which ones fellas ??
8's and 11's? you have to be kidding... the11's are basically like strapping a piece of foam around your foot and calling it a shoe... no support, no padding, no comfort whatsoever.. not even towear casually. Jordans got better with the comfort/traction thing as the years went on, but it certainly didn't start until about the 16's.
I loved the A3 Superstar ultra. I never sent them back for voucher when I could have. It sucked when that whole ordeal happened. I really likedthat shoe and wanted to get more pairs. And the Air Max Mythicals (AKA Air Dirks) Are niiiiice for balling. Traction is off the wall, the zoom+max combo is nice. I just wish the FIT was a littlebetter. The inner lining was butter though.. For me, it's gotta be Turbines and these Maestros >
if your looking for some nice cushioning this is the shoe for YOU!! lol i just sounded like a sales person... but yeaa XVs has a nice cushioningfor the balls of ur feet and heel and ankle support is ok.!
XVII's...they Feel stiff and Over-Hug your foot at first....but once you break them in, they're piff on the hardwood
For me, it has to be the Nike Flightposite 3. The full length ZOOM in them are just amazing. I am not sure if there were double stacked, but it sure felt likeit.
these... are great. nike keeps topping it. in my opinion... the kobe II are it.... you havent played to your full potential if you havent played in them... (imo)
