For a player who doesnt play more than 81 games due to injury, has off the field problems with the law, and only hits .230 when he does play.....Id say thatElijah Dukes might be the most overpaid athlete in North America.

I'm not too knowledgable about baseball, so between the NBA and NFL I'd have to say James Harrison..for now atleast..he only made $1.2 million lastseason and he was DPOY. His contract is definitely gonna be restructured though..
