I always wanted to see a sequel to He Got Game, to see how Jesus adjusted to being the man on the college level and making his way to the NBA Draft whileattempting to have some sort of relationship with his father. Maybe it would explore how Denzel would adjust to becoming a regular member of society...orsomething like that.

like other said bad boys and independence day....tremors was
too...they had the series but it was lame.Games not really a sequel but a NFS prostreet type game where theres somewhat realistic Drag racing,no top fuel cars oldmuscle cars and new exotics and stuff.

They should absolutely do more Star Wars. There are enough books out there to make 50 movies. Even an idiot like me could make a couple flicks with all thematerial they have out there.
Daredevil should have a sequel.
The Usual Suspects would make an incredible sequel.
Point Break 2. Keanu has enough clout to make another great action flick. FBI agents in LA can always have some sort of story to go off of.
Lethal Weapon 5 would be sick.
Under Seige 3. Segal gotta get under 250 though.

many responses to this thread are ridiculous... you guys want sequels to movies that aren;t good to begin with (e.g. independence day, more star wars movies asif the last 3 weren;t bad enough) or sequels to good movies that don;t need a sequel (e.g. shawshank redemption, seven)

Relax. Sometimes it's all about timing and who's workin on somethin. ID4 2would have plenty of potential if the right director was given time.
And please with the Star Wars bashing, there is TONS of material out there that could put 20 more movies together, all of them could be great. Lucas went forthe kids and for that his movies suffered, but if he ever relinquished control........and a huge Star Wars fan got hold of it all........possibilities areENDLESS.
And you don't think something great could be had by doing a seven sequel? Seeing maybe Brad Pitt lose it and become a similar killer? Maybe tracking downany family that Kevin Spacey might have had? Or even worse going after Morgan Freeman's family, just cuz he snapped? They could work something out thereand make a legit sequel.
