Moving to Seattle?

Hey guys I was just looking at places to move to and Seattle intrigues the heck out of me.

So what parts of Seattle are nice and safe and how is living and the rain and everything you could expect.

nice and safe? I guess the north seattle area is pretty safe and nice, east of seattle too....central district looks great but alot of gangs are in that area...same with some spots in south seattle....eastlake and greenlake areas seem like good spots too....if I had my choice I'd live on alki beach

rain isnt as bad as it seems really, our spring, summers and falls are great weather wise

Queen anne and magnolia are nice and safe, close to downtown seattle too...
