most codes have embedded decoders for the lack of a better term....if homeboy who re did the the journal page in grid form transposed this correctly maybe himand I could figure it out....but you definitely need to get a clearer shot of the page.....More than likely its not any huge clue to where the kids is,behavior like this is often associated with mental disorders, I suggest you contact your local police agency and news outlets ASAP!!!!
