Myspace Music Page Layout.. I Really Need Help

Im making a music page and I went to get a layout from one of those websites (something quick) but everytime I put the layout on my page, my page gets distorted and you cant even see the music playlist or any of the vids I put up. Can anyone help me make a background please before I get a headache?
