I want to say Stevie Wonder too, but both are great song writers.

Bob Dylan... and that's coming from one of the biggest Marley fans you'll hear from.

Seeing as everybody was inspired by Bob Dylan in the 60's across every genre, he basically helped spawn any great writing you can think of.

My favorite is Stevie Wonder though, just because his writing is easier to decipher while still remaining beautiful and creating imagery.

Well maybe not better, but definitely equal to Marley imo.

When you get to artists of this caliber any arguments of who's better are void. It comes down to personal preference.

I was listening to Bob since in the womb.. Emancipate yourself from Mental Slavery None but Ourselves Can Free Our Minds.. one of the top five lines in a songEVER.
