How can a custom insole make THAT much of a difference?

Keep in mind that he’s wearing them for one game and maybe 15-20 minutes on the court

Orthotics help especially considering he isn’t playing that much in them. If he wore them every game while playing 40 minutes... don’t think that would be fun
