NBA Hurt n Heal VOL: NT's favorite team is the Washington Wizards.

Rules in case you've never played hurt and heal.




The way to play is you start with the list of teams with all teams on the list having 10 points (health). During your turn you can either hurt twice (-2), heal twice (+2), or hurt once (-1) and heal once(+1).

The time limit for hurting and healing is one hour, meaning that once you post, you have to wait at least one hour to do anything again.

Please bold the name of the team(s) you hurt/healed or the number that they have left.

Once a team's number gets to 0 then they have 'died'. Please remove them from the list.

Copy the list between posts so that way it is constantly updated.

Max 'health' for any team is 15. You cannot increase it over this.

right, may be the case and usually is for hurt and heal. I've seen MMA hurt and heals where Anderson Silva was the first to be eliminated. 
but it gets interesting as teams get eliminated. might be the hornets or something weird that wins it.  Then I can sit back and laugh at S&T NT, ya'll favorite team is Stern's Hornets or something.

You forgot to mention the Charlotte Hornets. 

If you elaborate and admit that the Grizzlies play in Memphis and that the Sonics are DEAD, DEAD, DEAD....
