I've been waiting on an order over 3 weeks now and NDC has confirmed my payment has been received but due to some technical database problem my ordercant be processed at this time?
Has anyone else found this problem with NDC lately? Im starting to think someone Fked up the stock control system and they don't have the item in stockany more and im being left on a limb with one excuse after another.
Is there any higher order I can make an official complaint to? Ive sent over 20 emails back and forth to the customer service over the past 3 weeks aboutthis and its getting tired at this stage.
