NDC Experiencing Technical Problems processing orders

I've been waiting on an order over 3 weeks now and NDC has confirmed my payment has been received but due to some technical database problem my ordercant be processed at this time?

Has anyone else found this problem with NDC lately? Im starting to think someone Fked up the stock control system and they don't have the item in stockany more and im being left on a limb with one excuse after another.

Is there any higher order I can make an official complaint to? Ive sent over 20 emails back and forth to the customer service over the past 3 weeks aboutthis and its getting tired at this stage.

I ordered 3 shirts on Tuesday and used free ground shipping and got them on Friday.

they probably just messed up your order, tell them you want to be refunded and that they tied up your money for weeks, I would ask them to compensate you witha free giftcard or something.

edit:

you need to call them and stop emailing them, when you call tell the rep your situation if they can't help ask for a supervisor.
 
sorry forgot to mention called them 5-10 times usually after 2-3 emails back and forth, I didnt use ccard or paypal Nike have some bogus company called globalcollect handling bank transfer payments (has anyone used this service) long story short they are both blaming each other for the F-up and now Nike are comingwith this I.T problem excuse.

Surely if they have my money they can process the order manually on the system?
 
So I get this horse %$%% email today from them:

Your payment has been received but I am also sorry to inform you that our warehouse just informed us that the items are outof stock and therefore your order cannot be processed.
I totally agree that your entitled for a sort of compensation, which I will confirm hopefully within one working day byemail.
With regards to your current order, I need to process a refund but would need your bank details:

So Im still waiting to hear back from them more than 2 working days later…..what a joke!

I have demanded a full refund to include the bank charge for the transaction, I was charged over 20 bucks on the bank charge for the money transfer and Im notgonna tolerate this loss when the whole problem was with the nike ordering system in the first place.

I am very reasonable at the best of times but this is complete BS, I know what will happen if I send them my bank details they'll refund me the amount Ipaid them and ill never hear from them again!

At least this way when my money is still outstanding and this complaint is still on the system they'll have to keep addressing the issue until someone doessomething about this.

Let this be a lesson to anyone looking to use this global collect service with nike....... its complete BS dont go near this service, nike dont even know whatthey do with your money once you send it to them and when they eventually find your money you can bet your order will be cancelled due to the time it takes toprocess.... A TOTAL JOKE!!
